The search wasn’t easy. “We spoke to both small and large IT providers, and outgrew several systems along the way,” Floris explains. “What we needed was a platform that could scale with our ambitions. That led us to Wunderbricks.”

Wunderbricks is built on Salesforce: an open and scalable platform. New features and apps can be added as needed, along with integrations to other systems. For example, Property Partners connected their financial system, Exact Online. Data flows both ways, so if an invoice is still unpaid, you can see it directly in Wunderbricks and take immediate action.

Wunderbricks for all commercial and technical processes

Property Partners now manages all of their commercial and technical processes in Wunderbricks: from setting up the first lease agreement to settling annual service charges. Floris explains: “On the technical side, we save loads of time through automation. For example, incoming service requests are automatically routed to the right partners handling repairs or maintenance. That’s possible because all our data is centrally available.”

It’s the same story on the commercial side. “We save a lot of time setting up and adjusting lease agreements and the related invoicing. On top of that, finding information has become much easier: no more digging through contracts manually. You just ask our AI tool.”

Smart data retrieval with AI

That AI tool is now also available to Property Partners’ clients. For example: tenants will soon be able to ask questions about the status of their service requests, and property owners can easily find out why their revenue has gone up or down. Floris: “Now that we’ve centralised our data, we need a tool that can retrieve it effortlessly. We’re building toward a tool that can answer even the most complex questions.

Having all data in one platform provides valuable insights Property Partners brings that data to life in Tableau, also part of Salesforce. “Thanks to Tableau, our clients have 24/7 access to their data. We've invested heavily in developing this real estate dashboard, and now it's really paying off. Property owners get exactly what they need: What’s my return? How’s the vacancy rate in my buildings?” If an external party, like a broker, needs a report, Property Partners can generate it instantly — no manual work required. “It's amazing how little time we now spend on tasks that used to be complex and time-consuming. That’s valuable. For us, ánd for our clients.
