Provada 2025: Data as the Foundation for Efficient and Future-Proof Real Estate Management

With Luxs, Ziezodan, and Wunderbricks, the Entire Real Estate Chain is Under Control

A first at Provada! This year, proptech companies Luxs, Ziezodan, and Wunderbricks are sharing a stand at the real estate fair for the first time. The founders of the three companies explain why a visit to stand 11-47 on June 17, 18, and 19 is an absolute must for anyone looking to get the most out of their real estate portfolio.

Born from Amazement

Björn Brix, co-founder of Luxs, kicks things off: “We all started our companies out of amazement at the limited digitalization and use of new technologies in the real estate world. We noticed that parties often manage their real estate portfolios with their own Excel sheets, lists, and tools. This not only leads to limited insight but is also prone to errors and labor-intensive.”

Do More with the Same People

Tim van der Plaats, co-owner of Wunderbricks, adds: “Our shared strength is that we use software to collect, check, and enrich data, and then make it accessible through our platforms. This allows everyone to work with the same data. This significantly improves the performance of companies. Processes can be organized much more efficiently.” Björn: “If the data is correct, administrative processes can be automated. This gives employees the space to focus on other, more important matters. In other words; you can do more with the same people. That also saves costs.”

Efficient Work

Simon Helder, General Manager at Ziezodan, makes it concrete: “Thanks to our platform, tenants can schedule a repair request directly into the contractor’s agenda within three minutes. Because all information about the property is known, we can ask the tenant the right questions online immediately. This way, the contractor knows exactly how to solve the problem and which materials to bring. This ensures a high ‘first-time-fix’ and, as a result, a happy tenant. Our planning algorithm also ensures a logical driving route. This means maintenance parties and their professionals have, on average, 30% less travel time, and we reduce CO2 emissions in our towns and villages.”

Each with Its Own Focus

While Ziezodan focuses on daily maintenance, Luxs and Wunderbricks each serve a different part of the real estate chain. “Luxs mainly focuses on asset management 2.0,” Björn explains. “Our software makes it possible to create ‘digital twins’: a virtual replica of the real estate. This way, you can view each object in 3D and access all information about floor plans, square footage, maintenance, warranties, and used materials and installations with a single click. Complying with laws and regulations and making decisions about planned maintenance, portfolio strategy, and sustainability become much more insightful.”

Wunderbricks provides peace of mind in real estate management. Tim says: “Wunderbricks streamlines contact between property owners and tenants. From contracting tenants to collecting rent and automating maintenance processes, we ensure an optimal customer journey. We work with the Coolblue mindset: ‘everything for a smile’.”

Joining Forces

What binds the three parties is the same holistic view of the real estate market. “We challenge property owners to work differently,” says Tim. “Don't hold your cards close to your chest, but share information. Only then will you remain agile for future changes.” Björn: “That's exactly why the three of us are at Provada. Our services are easily linked.” Simon concludes: “Together, we can exceed expectations even more. 1+1+1 = much more than 3.”
