SBR Nexus

SBR Nexus is a data exchange platform initiated by the three largest banks in the Netherlands in cooperation with the government and the corporate sector. Its objective is to standardize data exchange between property owners and the loan providers (banks) in a flawless, safe and efficient way. The following data can be exchanged:
- Annual accounts (NL: SBR Jaarrekening)
- Taxations (NL: SBR Taxatierapport)
- Rental information (NL: SBR Huurinformatie)
Integrating SBR Nexus with Wunderbricks allows you to go paperless and automatically exchange rental information (SBR Huurinformatie) with your loan provider. All required data is already stored in Wunderbricks and will be sent periodically via the SBR Nexus platform.
